Customized Rotors
We offer a range of customized rotors to suit different applications:
- Single-Lobe Rotor: Ideal for transporting materials containing large solid particles.
- Butterfly Rotor: Commonly used for conveying fillings or viscous materials containing solids.
- Three-Lobed Rotor: Versatile and tested in various industries, suitable for transporting a wide range of viscous materials.
- Multi-Lobe Rotor: Offers improved material conveying capabilities, but may be prone to material breakage.
Rotary lobe pump Working Principle
Lobe rotor pumps operate by utilizing two synchronized counter-rotating rotors. As they rotate, they generate suction (vacuum) at the inlet, drawing in the material to be transported.
The rotors effectively divide the rotor chamber into several small spaces and operate sequentially.
At position 1, only the inlet is filled with the media. At position 2, one chamber closes, sealing part of the media and directing it to position 3, while the other chamber also closes.
